First of all I really like the idea of this project!
I get a the error Detected invalid ownerReference on object for any object, which has a OwnerReference don't matter if it is valid or not.
I temporarly added a logging of the output of the err of the function OwnerExists and got Error getting OwnerReference: the server could not find the requested resource for every resource.
So, there seems to be a problem with the request here:

Unfortunatly I am not a Go developer myself, so I was not able to debug it further.
