Summary

• complete the 17-item public API harmonization roadmap across core, scales, DOM adapters, React Native, docs, examples, and benchmarks
• tighten compact scales, standardize responsive/control/focus/color/animation/export/transform contracts, and type view composition
• add host-refined tooltip types, shared DOM/native interaction policy, platform theme and complete typography measurement
• add the coordinated minor changeset, Unreleased migration guide, API friction evidence, import-map governance, and executable documentation checks

The removed React catalog package remains removed; this branch uses the metadata-only catalog index already on main.

Validation

• pnpm validate
• 260 test files / 1,742 tests
• packed consumers, React Native/Expo, seven framework adapters, docs, bundle policy, and catalog index all passed

Superseded by #73 after rebasing onto current main. The replacement preserves the new chart-example embedding system and avoids rewriting this branch's history.
