Issue Title: Add AI-Powered Frame Suggestion Based on GitHub Profile Theme
Description:
Currently, users have to manually choose a frame theme. A cool feature would be to automatically suggest a frame theme (e.g., Galaxy, Minimal, Beginner) based on the user’s GitHub profile — such as their profile picture colors or contribution activity.
Example:
If the user’s avatar has darker tones → suggest “Galaxy Theme”.
If they have a professional photo → suggest “Minimal Theme”.
If their contributions are high → suggest “Pro Theme”.
Why Unique:
Brings AI + personalization to the app — no other similar tools do this.
