[FEATURE] Add “Custom Accent Color & Random Theme” Options

Problem

Currently, users can only choose from 10 predefined frame themes with fixed color schemes.
To improve personalization and make the experience more fun, introduce two new controls:

• Custom Accent Color Picker
• Random Theme Generator Button

These additions will let users customize frame colors and quickly discover new themes without manual scrolling.

Proposed Solution

1. Custom Accent Color Picker

• Add a color picker () beside the theme selector.
• Allow users to modify the accent/border/gradient color dynamically.
• Apply the color using CSS variables (e.g., --accent-color) for live preview.
• Include a “↻ Reset to Default” button to restore the original theme color.

2. Random Theme Generator

• Add a button labeled “🎲 Randomize Theme.”
• On click, randomly select one of the 10 available themes.
• Optionally, randomize accent color for extra variety.
• Display a small toast or animation like “✨ Surprise Style Loaded!” for feedback.
