AngleMeasurement: Wrong measurement if initial unit is radian

When the component is mounted, the unit is degree, if I switch to radian and start measuring, the measurements are still shown in degree. They’re not shown in radian until I switch the unit to radian again.

Fixed on main, shipping in the next patch (@thatopen/components-front 3.4.4).

New angle measurements now inherit the tool's current units and rounding at creation time. Previously the base units/rounding setters only re-synced measurements already in the list, so an angle created after switching to radians kept the default (degrees) for both its label and angle.value until you toggled the unit again. The preview label during creation is kept in sync too.
