Adds offline tests that import and run both example main functions with the real Router API. Catalog fetching, Jev responses and the agent's chat transport are mocked; a temporary working directory prevents loading a developer's .env, fake keys are scoped to the tests, and socket connections are blocked.
The basic example covers provider selection, routing, the cost cap and the no-fit path. The agent example covers its three-subtask plan, summary and two chat turns. Existing CI already runs pytest on all tests, so no workflow change is needed.
Validation: 67 tests passed on Windows/Python 3.12.14; ruff check and formatting passed. A temporary mutation changing the basic example to a positional Router call failed with TypeError as expected; the example was restored before the full suite. No live API calls or real credentials were used.
