Allow sending ETH with live payable calls - #34

Live Interaction always sent zero value, so calling a payable function against a real contract either reverted or silently underpaid. There was also no field to enter an amount outside simulation mode. Payable writes now surface a Value input and pass the parsed amount to writeContract, using the same convention as simulation: 0x-prefixed is hex wei, anything else is decimal ETH.
