For readers entering either Chinese README directly, the new language picker provides no route back to the canonical English documentation because it omits English while this commit also removes the existing English (original) link. The same regression appears in docs/i18n/zh-TW.md:13; every other translated README, including the updated Japanese version, retains that link, so restore it in both Chinese documents.
