Functions（TrainLCD/Functions#36）と StationAPI（TrainLCD/StationAPI#1683）でフィードバックからの自動修正のワークフローが dev に入っており、既定ブランチ（dev）にある時点で実際に動きます。ポリシーの記載が実態に追いついていない状態なので、本 PR は早めのマージが望ましいです。

改定日を**令和8年9月21日（本日）**にしているため、本日中にマージできれば改定日の更新は不要です。翌日以降にずれる場合は改定日の更新が必要になります。

なお、master へのマージで Vercel の本番デプロイ（trainlcd.app / status.trainlcd.app）が走ります。

確認内容

1b7f6e6（claude/master-pull-requests-9ez4qw = origin/dev と同一コミット）で実行済み。

• npm ci
• npm run lint（lp / status とも成功。status は --max-warnings=0）
• cd apps/status && npm run test（8 files / 68 tests パス）
• npm run build（lp 4 ページ / status とも成功）
• ビルド成果物で文面と改定日が反映されていることを確認（apps/lp/dist/privacy-policy/index.html に「令和8年9月21日 改定」と「Anthropic PBC」、privacy-policy-en/index.html に「Last updated: September 21, 2026」と「Anthropic PBC」）
• git diff --name-status origin/master..HEAD が上記 6 ファイルのみ（削除なし）
• git diff origin/dev..HEAD が空（head は dev と同一コミット）
• git merge-tree --write-tree origin/master HEAD がコンフリクトなしで完了

備考

• 本 PR は依頼の指定により claude/master-pull-requests-9ez4qw を head にしています（origin/dev と同一コミット）
• 今回は前回のリリース（本番反映: AI行き先相談の会話の扱いをプライバシーポリシーとFAQで実装に合わせる #261）と違い、Dependabot の更新も含めて反映しています
