A possibility here is to break up the file into countries. This would not be a difficult addition to the site update process.

By country would end up with many files. We might move them to a subfolder.

As of a few days ago, the one for the USA would be 1741 lines.
Is this still too big?

^^ I don’t think so. The limit is the file size.
btw, I didn’t count but assume that France has more lines.

Well, just ran into this issue once again.

Wanted to 'update' the lines for WV-161 in the file due to a label change, but since the file is too big now, I can't do it on the web interface. :(
