Idea:
Have a way for AVs and/or users to specify steps where a running AV should slow down because something interesting happens. For example, one might want to see the activity of a lengthy loop proceed quickly but then when the result of that loop (perhaps it's a search) are determined and processed, a slower pace could be useful.
