Overlay county lines on mapview

I'd like to see if there's a good way to overlay county lines on mapview.

Given the lack of accuracy in our highway data w.r.t. route traces, is this even worth pursuing? NJ I-80 is shown crossing the Delaware River into PA, etc. Plus OSM already shows county lines anyway. I feel like adding this data to the map would reduce efficiency for little benefit.
