Sticky AppBar rendering problems #3

It looks like Sticky AppBar has slight stutter when scrolling in MS Edge. This problem doesn't seem to be present in Firefox or Chrome.

Consider changing AppBar to use Fixed positioning, and use a shim to replicate page layout.
