The first v0.0.8 release run signed and notarized successfully, but its three Store integration tests timed out because the release job never built the source Store client. The regular CI job builds all workspaces, so it did not expose this missing prerequisite.
Build the Store client and initialize development Electron before the unchanged packaged suite. No application source changes. The release remains unpublished until the corrected workflow and downloaded-artifact verification pass.
Validation: reproduced the missing-client timeout; all three focused Store tests then passed. Workspace build, typecheck, 310 unit/bridge tests, and 114 desktop + 7 website packaged E2E tests passed. Independent review found no required changes.
