Add offline demo access for iOS and Mac Store review

Apple beta review could not get past pairing. Both clients now offer a clearly labeled offline demo from the welcome screen, and iOS accepts a reusable modex://demo QR. Reviewers can inspect sample threads, answer approvals, send follow-ups, and reset or leave without a host/account. The Mac demo also exposes in-memory files/diffs and a labeled terminal echo. Real pairing credentials and saved renderer preferences remain separate.

Includes platform-specific review notes, a QR PNG, a reply draft, updated App Store Connect status, and build 5 for iOS. The original uncommitted iOS demo worktree is preserved. Host/account/system operations remain explicitly unavailable in the demo; Apple acceptance of demo access and the Mac Store architecture remains pending.

Validation:

• Workspace build, typecheck and unit tests passed; 116 desktop and 7 site e2e tests passed.
• 19 native unit tests, iPhone 16 Pro demo + real paired flow, and iPhone SE demo flow passed. QR decoded independently with Vision; native URL entry verified.
• Signed iOS 0.1.0 (5) and Mac Store 0.0.8 packages passed Apple validation. A sandboxed local MAS preview with matching ASAR passed native demo smoke checks.
• Independent code review completed; fixed a repeated seeded notes completion during follow-ups.

The replacement builds have not been uploaded or submitted, and no reviewer message has been sent. Physical TestFlight acceptance and Apple review remain open. Evidence and prepared instructions: review ledger.
