feat: add OG sharing card and complete developer documentation

Completed sharing slice

• Add a real 1200×630 PNG OG renderer and Twitter large-image metadata using public editorial copy only.
• Make site provenance explicitly unofficial; refresh README, agent instructions, current repository links and developer navigation while preserving package/source status and attribution.
• Add original editable SVG artwork, source-contract coverage, a rendered metadata/PNG browser test, and read-only CI with retained evidence.

Verification

Local source guard: missing route failed first, implementation passed. Exact-head CI for 1f12144889f6bc4dcdd119725dcc768a12bf50a1 succeeded in run 36263931953: lint, types, production build, browser suite and PNG metadata checks.

Artifact 10913670173 was downloaded and its SHA-256 verified. Generated PNG dimensions/signature were checked, and the actual PNG plus desktop/mobile screenshots were visually inspected. Capture provenance identifies the tested merge commit and local Playwright server, not production.

The sharing test passed; the existing global-search Jev Lab test required a retry before the overall suite passed. No all-first-attempt claim is made.

Unchanged boundaries

No dependency, credential, runtime authority, license, package publication or repository-visibility changes. GitHub About/topics and Social preview settings are not applied by this PR. A production deployment/readback remains distinct from source and preview verification.
