💡 What: Replaced the generic '...' text with the <Spinner size="sm" /> component on the "Delete Deck" button during deletion.

🎯 Why: To provide clearer, immediate visual feedback that a destructive async operation is taking place, improving the intuitiveness and overall feel of the interface.

📸 Before/After: Not provided, but the visual change replaces ... with the app's standard spinning SVG icon.

Accessibility: The button already includes an aria-label describing its action for screen readers. The spinner adds visual clarity for sighted users.
