Description

This PR defines the Lodging Tech Council (Lodging TC) in GOVERNANCE.md and adds its founding maintainers to MAINTAINERS.md based on the approved Lodging DTC Charter.

Key Updates:

  • GOVERNANCE.md: Defined the 16-member Lodging Tech Council structure.
  • MAINTAINERS.md: Added the Lodging Tech Council maintainers.
