adds the Atlassian Teamwork Graph CLI (twg) alongside the existing Atlassian CLI entries for Atlassian Cloud and Jira.
includes the supported shell installer:
also updates the catalog summaries to list the Teamwork Graph CLI before acli (since twg will replace acli soon)
