"Display As" not working for constants when Rust render layer enabled

Go to any constant in a function and do "Display As" -> "Unsigned Decimal", seems to have been broken since 5.1 stable.

Iirc we've had a similar one that was file format specific (though I don't remember why) so that could be why it's not reproing

Seems to be specific to when I have the WARP render layer on, I imagine its something in the rust bindings that throwing away the state of the constant.
