Some people may complain when something is not right. This PR will add such explanation just to be more obvious (esp. the entry report). Also, I adjusted the removal question because it kinda overlaps.
I also added the questions regarding the slow search according to this Discord message. I also saw people complained when editing, so I'm planning on add similar question on Editing FAQ (linking this question + try doing
id:123456) in the future.
