Allow displaying all text until user needs to answer a question

Currently the VSCode preview requires the user to press a key to show the next line, this takes quite a lot of time. I suggest a feature where the preview would show all text at once until the user needs to answer a question (pick a branch).

Add an option to display all text at once.

Add tags

VSCode
