Yoginini watches your form through the camera and speaks gentle corrections out loud, the way a good teacher would across the room.
A pose model running on the device tracks 33 body landmarks, turns them into the angles between your limbs, compares those to a reference a teacher recorded, and when something drifts a calm voice says so. One cue at a time. Never off a single frame. Never twice in five seconds.
When you want a human, you book one by the hour.
Yoga has been taught one way for a few thousand years: a teacher watches, and says a little. We built a machine that can do the watching so more people can be taught, then set rules so it behaves like a good teacher would.
This is the whole design, not a paragraph in a policy.

A practice done in a bedroom deserves that.
The AI fills the days between classes. A human does what no model can: notice you. Coaches record their own poses, set per-joint tolerances, and write the cues in their own words — and every pose is reviewed by a second teacher before a student ever sees it.

We would rather say this plainly than let a landing page imply otherwise.
- No app exists. No App Store or Play Store listing, and no link pretending there is one. iPhone first, Android after.
- No coaches are signed. The site publishes zero coach profiles — what it shows are the open seats in the founding cohort.
- No accounts, no checkout, no payment field anywhere on the site.
- No usage or member figures appear anywhere, and none will until something real counts them.
The waitlist is the only thing that is real today. Join it and we will write once, when your mat is ready.

Answer engines are a first-class audience: every page ships structured data,
llms.txt leads with the pre-launch status so a
model cannot summarise this as a shipped product, and
yoginini.json carries the same facts as
JSON with CORS open.
A yogini is a woman who practises. The name honours the teachers most of us
first learned from, and the small repeated syllable is the practice itself: the
same thing, again, a little better. The .us is not a place — it is who is on
the mat with you.
The mark is Sahasrara, the crown chakra: the seventh and highest, drawn as a thousand-petalled lotus and coloured violet. It stands for awareness and the quiet that arrives when the rest of the practice has done its work. That is why everything here is purple, even on the days it is mostly about a stiff left hip.
