What changed

Documented that foreground terminal commands remain attached until their final output and exit status are available, and that background execution requires an explicit tool timeout.

Why this change was made

The terminal lifecycle fix changes an important expectation for users relying on PowerShell shell integration or Inline Terminal: normal commands do not advance Zoo Code's reasoning before completion.

Impact

Users can distinguish ordinary foreground execution from the explicit timeout path that intentionally backgrounds a command.
