A sandbox runs
agyndas a holder, which fetches and runs the environment's init scripts before anyone gets a shell. It authenticates as the sandbox's own id and held no relation that reached the environment, so the fetch failed withcan_read_configdenied and no sandbox ever ran its init scripts.holder from sandboxmirrors theinstance from agentchain already used by agent workloads: the workload's identity holdsholderon its sandbox, the sandbox holdssandboxon the environment it was started in.Scoped to that one environment, and to the workload rather than a person — a holder is not the owner, grants no
can_useorcan_edit_config, and cannot connect to its own sandbox. Wideningcan_read_configtocan_useinstead would have handed every sandbox starter the environment's full configuration.
