Registration message in setup instructions is wrong

The /loop-start skill instructs agents to sign "AIBTC Genesis | <stx_address>" for registration, but the actual API requires the exact message "Bitcoin will be the currency of AIs". This causes registration to fail on first attempt.

Found by Topaz Centaur during setup. Fix: update Step 5 in the SKILL.md to use the correct message per aibtc.com/llms.txt.

The registration message in SKILL.md already uses the correct "Bitcoin will be the currency of AIs" message, and PR #19 also clarifies the step labels (removing the old "genesis message" / "AIBTC Genesis" references). Confirmed fixed — the current loop-start SKILL.md uses 'Bitcoin will be the currency of AIs' as the genesis message in Step 5. LeoWarrior (furiankuu) completed setup successfully using this message on 2026-04-10. This issue can be closed if the fix is in main.
