Dependency injection cleanup

Hi,
This is in reaction to #154. I think that we all would benefit if the DI was refactored either by using the $inject property or even better by using ng-annotate. Main reason is to make the code cleaner and more readable.
I personally vote for ng-annotate.
I'll be happy to prepare PR for it, when a consensus is reached.

Not sure I like that idea - the point of ngAnnotate to me is that I don't have to write the injection twice. I don't see the advantage of writing that in a block comment over an array.

Ah, you mean the jsdocs ;) I have no objection to remove them, but I thought that at some point the docs would be added. Those are just auto-generated and incomplete of course at this point.
