Ignore a silent refresh that finishes after the user signed out - #30

A periodic token refresh already in flight when the user signed out could complete afterwards and sign them back in, so the login screen never appeared. The session now records when it was cleared and discards results of refreshes that started before that. A token refresh already in flight when the user signs out could complete afterwards and sign them back in. This is the cause of the intermittent 'flutter integration (python backend)' failure (login screen not shown after sign-out). The session now tracks when it was cleared and drops stale refresh results.
