openai/gpt-5.6-sol is missing "Ultra" in reasoning_options

I believe this might be tangentially related to #3183

I have a custom harness that wraps codex-cli to allow subscription usage. The codex CLI offers an "Ultra" reasoning level but it appears to be missing in the models.dev api.json file. I'm not sure if "Ultra" is only available to Codex users and not direct API users, but if that's the case then I think it lends more support for doing #3183. If it is available via the API, then this is likely just a simple data problem.

Authoritative OpenAI API docs list GPT-5.6 reasoning efforts as none, low, medium, high, xhigh, and max — which already match providers/openai/models/gpt-5.6-sol.toml. OpenAI describes ultra as a Codex multi-agent mode (subagents), not as a public API reasoning.effort value. Whether/how to model Codex-only surfaces is the kind of product decision tied to #3183, so it needs maintainer review. No automated fix was opened.
