UI stuck when resume

Description

When I try to resume a session, UI can show up. But after type a prompt and then send it.there is no response, but all slash command work. Then i exit from it. resume the same session, it show that last prompt I just asked has return an response. So I think the model is OK, but the UI stuck. This problem maybe related to directory change,because if I resume session in the same directory I started this session. There is no problem.
I use the lastest CLI version 1.15.13 on windows wsl2 platform.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• opencode -s resumes sessions from the launch directory instead of the stored session directory #28581: Session resumes using the launch directory instead of the stored session directory — closely matches your hypothesis that the problem is related to directory change when resuming
• Opencode goes blank when attempting to resume a session #23675: UI goes blank/unresponsive when attempting to resume a session — similar symptom of the UI not responding after resume

If your issue is the same as one of these, please consider adding a comment there instead. If it's distinct, feel free to clarify the difference.

You are right, this is related to directory. We made it so sessions always use the directory they were created in here: #29640

Unfortunately the TUI had a bug when viewing a session from a different project and that has been fix here: #30281. Will be out in the next release, sorry!
