messages vanishing on desktop

Description

I found that if i visited another session when one is running, then I switch back, then I will find some messages disappeared visually from the first session on OpenCode Desktop. So I did these two fixs.

Steps to reproduce

1. let the main agent do a long work
2. after it dispatched a sub agent, click into it and click out back
3. you can see messages vanished from the outer agent accidentaly
