Archived sessions browser dialog

Archived sessions disappear from the sidebar with no way to browse or restore them. Adding a command (/archived) that opens a dialog listing all archived sessions lets users navigate back to them.

The dialog loads archived sessions from the API and shows them sorted by archive date with click-to-navigate.
