What does this PR do?

1. This PR adds a new in-app browser feature so users can open web content without leaving the desktop app.
2. We render it using the embedded WebView engine (system browser runtime, e.g., WebKit on macOS / WebView2 on Windows), not an external browser window.
3. The web content is hosted directly inside the app’s UI container, with navigation controlled by the desktop app.
4. This improves flow by reducing context switching and lets browser-based steps stay integrated with the app experience.

How did you verify your code works?

1. Tested by running opencode docs website renders perfectly on the web console.
2. Added a small icon which opens a panel(always to the right)

This feature would be extremely useful. I've stopped using OpenCode because this feature is missing and I really hope it happens soon.

I've also stopped using it because of this lacking feature. I went through the pain of hooking my local LLMs into Claude Code GUI instead to get a browser tool.

Would absolutely come back to Opencode desktop app if it gets a browser.
