docs: remove stale Trust & Vouch System section - #35915

Heads up that I duplicated this. I opened #40266 for the same section and it got merged in e917c12, which leaves this PR stranded even though you were here first by almost a month. That was my mistake. I searched open issues before filing #40263 but never checked for an existing PR, so I didn't see this until the duplicate-detection bot flagged it on mine, and by then I should have said something instead of letting it ride. Sorry for stepping on your work. |
