feat(desktop): add animated first-launch loading screen - #49408

- Add a muted, animated 1 px outline wordmark aligned with the session start screen.
- Prepare the initial draft and provider/model data before dismissing the splash, eliminating the home-screen flash.
- Keep returning-user restoration and startup error recovery. Respect reduced motion.
- Bring isolated onboarding previews to the foreground and play the full drawing after focus.
