fr) UI locale to 100% coverage onv3-3-test: translated the 124 newly-introduced keys (--add-missing) and removed 2 keys that no longer exist in this branch's EN source (--remove-unused). Follows the glossary in.github/skills/airflow-translations/locales/fr.md.Not a cherry-pick of the main PR — started fresh from
v3-3-testbecause the required-key set differs (some keys onmaincorrespond to features not on this branch, and vice versa).
