emrg: README sync — WorkBuddy GUI features (results panel, Ask/Auto modes, evolution visibility)

Summary

Docs-only sync completing rant 21:35 acceptance item 5 (P5 regression: README sync). The WorkBuddy-inspired GUI features merged in #498/#500/#501/#502 (post-v0.2.8) were not yet documented.

Changes (README.md + README.cn.md)

• GUI feature-table row now covers the results panel (three-column layout, tool outputs & generated files as collapsible cards, ⌘\ collapse, auto-hide on narrow screens), Ask/Auto working modes (Ask = chat-only; Auto = full tool execution), and visible self-evolution (sidebar growth card, one-per-day evolution toast, recent-improvements list in About).

Why

• Rant 21:35 P5 acceptance: "npm test 全绿 + 三平台一致 + README 同步". npm test (71 pass) and pytest (480 pass) were already green on the merged feature work; the README was the last unmet item.

Verification

• Docs-only change: 2 files, +2/-2 lines (feature-table row). No code paths touched; GUI tests 71/71 + pytest 480 unaffected.

Note: the PR currently shows CONFLICTING (master advanced with #503). The README hunks themselves are clean — a rebase onto master will clear it.

Verified against the merged WorkBuddy/i18n features: result panel (#498), Ask/Auto (#500), evolution visibility (#501+#502) all present in master. Docs-only; CI test workflow green on new head 87896cb.
