✅ LGTM — cycle 20260810-175341
Verified: diff is doc-only (evolution_prompt.md quick-ref entries for #636 P3 finalize disconnected per-sid isolation and #637 P4 slice 1 open-sessions state + gui_state.json — counts 153→156→163 and +3/+7 test deltas accurate, acceptance scope matches the merged PRs), 680 pytest green incl. prompt-substitution guard. No test-count delta as claimed.
