emrg: README fact fixes (Codex open-source) + trust copy (security boundary / BYOK)

Fix factual errors and add trust copy to the README (rant 2026-08-11T17:28:02). Documentation-only.

Fact fixes (🔴 credibility):

1. Competitor table "Open source" row: Codex column ❌ → ✅ Apache-2.0 (verified: openai/codex is Apache-2.0, ~105k stars, not archived). Claude Code stays ❌ (closed source). Added a note below the table: openness alone isn't the differentiator — self-evolution is.
2. License self-contradiction (MANIFESTO §13 Apache-2.0 vs actual MIT): not touched — per the standing decision, MANIFESTO is left unchanged until a separate host decision; the README stays consistent with the LICENSE file (MIT).

Trust copy (🟠 adoption barriers):
3. FAQ entry "Will it touch my project's code?" (EN/CN): self-evolution only modifies its own repository (~/.emrg/evolution/emrg), never the host's project files; every change is a reviewed, tested PR.
4. Quick Start "Bring your own key" (EN/CN): EMRG uses the host's LLM API key and quota/billing; the software itself is free and MIT-licensed.

Constraints honored: MANIFESTO.md zero diff; README.md / README.cn.md zh-en semantics aligned; no test changes (pytest 694 passed, doc-count guard 3/3).
