• emrg: stop_all dual-write log to fixed path ~/.emrg/logs (tee) #835 — stop_all dual-write log: tee to fixed path ~/.emrg/logs/stop_all-.log (Inno {tmp} redirect kept for the failure dialog; first line prints the fixed path)
• emrg: fix electron-builder icon resolution (buildResources) #836 — electron-builder icon resolution: buildResources=../packaging/assets + bare icon filenames (icon.icns/ico/png) — Branch Emergence icon embedded on all platforms

Bump: 8 files / 9 refs 0.2.46 → 0.2.47 (emrg/init.py, pyproject.toml, gui/package.json + package-lock.json ×2, packaging/build-runtime.sh, packaging/make-installer.sh, packaging/make-run-installer.sh, uv.lock) — identical pattern to v0.2.46 (#834).
