A multi-agent development framework built on the Claude Code CLI. It lives in ~/.claude/ and turns Claude Code into a coordinated team of specialized AI agents — driven by /skill-name commands, backed by a SQLite project-tracking database, and guarded by quality gates, session-start context restoration, and a metacognitive reasoning layer that nudges the model to plan, debug, verify, and self-correct.
This repository implements a modular, skill-based architecture with five cooperating layers:

Two description trims were auto-rolled back after measurably hurting trigger accuracy (prove-it-live-before-done, enumerated-menu-pick-and-sweep). Per-skill eval sets now live in each skill's evals/trigger-eval.json.
The 30-day transcript analysis + controlled A/B showed the effort dial barely moves cost or quality on bounded tasks (medium: 9.50/10 vs xhigh: 9.78/10 quality at +11% tokens). Real cost multipliers come from workflow/agent fan-out (3.4× tokens per turn) and context weight.
