Background

README capabilities list meetings; architecture schedules Meetings for Phase 8. Pending decision P-005 (Recall.ai / AssemblyAI / Whisper).

Problem Statement

Meeting decisions never enter the Kafka → extract → score → graph path.

Proposed Solution

• Add meeting connector plugin producing RawEvent (source=meeting)
• Publish to cortex.raw.meetings.transcripts (or aggregate topic per MVP convention)
• Reuse existing extraction worker + scoring write pipeline
• Resolve P-005 vendor choice in DECISIONS.md before implementation

Acceptance Criteria

• P-005 resolved in DECISIONS.md
• Connector normalizes transcript → RawEvent → Kafka
• One transcript → DecisionEvent → Neo4j in verify script/tests
• Documented in README connector table + .env.example
