• benchmarks/ tree with at least 3 domains fully filled; others stubbed with README
• Each case: baseline.json, safe-change.json, breaking-change.json, probes, expected-results
• CI job or script runs corpus and fails on missed expected detections
• Document how to add a case
• No live network required for default corpus run
