…#9056) A `model:light D4C5F9` list read as one token, and agents minted it as a label name. The guidance now builds each command from DISPATCH_LABEL_COLORS, bumping claim-issue (v37), claim-issue-gitlab (v33) and issue-reconcile (v8) so other installs recognize the retired defaults.
