Outcome

Record the provider-managed atrinik/classic GitHub Pages site and its github-pages deployment environment as explicit manual desired state before the branchless performance-report workflow is activated.

Current state

• The repository identity is atrinik/classic (1327289971) with default branch main.
• Pages exists at https://atrinik.github.io/classic/, but its live build type is still the legacy main root source.
• The github-pages environment exists with an exact custom main branch policy, no reviewers, and no secrets or variables.

Acceptance criteria

• config/manual-settings.json records the exact Pages URL, HTTPS policy, Actions workflow source, and github-pages environment policy without storing credentials.
• Validation and read-only verification cover Pages identity/source drift and the environment contract.
• The runbook requires the Classic workflow PR to merge before an organization owner switches the live Pages source to GitHub Actions, then verifies the endpoint and environment.
• No live Pages or environment mutation is performed from this issue branch.
