Add a natural founder credit linking Zoey Seraphina Rose to https://zoeysr.com in the organization profile and shared contribution guidance. Keep the managed organization description aligned with the requested live description so a later settings publication preserves it; update its exact-value validator and existing drift/idempotence test fixtures.
community-health/is the source for the generatedatrinik/.githubrepository. After merge and community-health publication, the profile appears on the organization and the contribution guide is inherited by repositories without a local override. GitHub does not copy an organization profile into every repository README.Validation:
bin/validate, Bash syntax checks, ShellCheck across all governance scripts, all 18 governance test scripts, andgit diff --checkpassed. The live community-health plan contains only the profile and contribution-guide updates. The read-only live audit passed for all 21 active repositories. The full organization plan confirms the organization description is already aligned, then stops at unrelated administrative API checks requiringadmin:org, which the current CLI authorization does not include. No publisher apply was run.
