- schema_version bumped 0.2.0 → 1.0.0 on all 48 records
- severity promoted to top level from aivss.aivss_severity
- aivss_score promoted to top level from aivss.aivss_score
- references converted from URI strings to {tag, text, url} objects
- status, published, researcher, researcher_url backfilled where missing
- owasp_mcp backfilled from aivss.owasp_mcp_mapping where missing
- stale component_type values normalised (mcp→mcp_server, mcp-server-card→mcp_server, rag→other)
- schema/ave-record-1.0.0.schema.json: added "prompt" to component_type enum
- scripts/migrate-records.js: migration script with transforms a–j

Adds pattern rules (rules/pattern/) and positive/negative fixtures (tests/fixtures/) for the remaining 43 AVE records so that check_rule_coverage.py, check_fixtures.py, and pytest (96 tests) all pass.
