enable_dev_mode not working in Windows

Enabling the DevTools plugin and pressing ctrl+shift+i (per description in enable_dev_mode.js) does not do anything in Windows.

Are there additional instructions missing? Like, clicking into a particular place?

Is it possible that Deezer has removed or reconfigured the process.env.DZ_DEVTOOLS functionality?

I stumbled upon the "Clear AppData and restart" functionality. This seems to be what I needed to get the app to recognize my new plugins. Perhaps this is the actual issue: Explaining in the docs somewhere how this works.

It appears that Reload will make the files visible to the app, but they won't work unless you clear AppData?

Should not be the case and I cannot reproduce. Does this happen with other plugins to?
