Accessing plugins in subfolders

The architecture of the plugins example folder seems to imply that the <plugin>.js is to be held within a package-style folder. However, the actual folder that the program reads from only uses the root folder.

A user might assume that you just copy the whole folder over and then wrongly believe that the program doesn't work.

I suggest either updating the app to crawl subdirectories too, or relocate the examples provided in plugins to the root level as a more intuitive example.

It's not an example folder, it's a collection of plugins I maintain. Nested files are ignored in order to allow for dependencies which is clarified in https://github.com/bertigert/DeezMod#usage
