Goose Setup link faield, it shows Setup Failed

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1-Installed the app
2-Click Next
3-Click Goose setup
-Shows error

Expected behavior:
It should help me setup Goose

Confirmed on macOS 26.5 with Buzz Desktop 0.4.26.

Root cause: the packaged app runs with / as its current working directory, and run_install_command lets installer subprocesses inherit it. The Goose installer downloads goose-aarch64-apple-darwin.tar.bz2 into $PWD before moving the extracted binary to ~/.local/bin. Since a normal user cannot write to /, the CLI step deterministically fails three times and the UI only surfaces the retry wrapper.

Workaround:

The durable fix is to apply Buzz's existing default_agent_workdir() to installer subprocesses before spawning them. I am preparing a linked PR with a regression test.
